Society for Creative Anachronism

public - created 12/08/03
A tribe for folks in the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), a non-profit organization which studies and re-creates pre-17th Century European Culture.

We get together and learn about and try out all sorts of cool medieval stuff, like: sword fighting, sewing, calligraphy, cooking, shoemaking, heraldry, singing, illumination, fencing, dancing, games, brewing/vinting, and so on. We try to avoid stuff like assassination and the Black Plague. :)
